The two most common forms of self-harm are drug overdose of commonly available drugs (such as paracetomol), and cutting of one’s wrist.

WARNING SIGNS CAN BE

Psychological
- Bouts of crying
- Depression, negative
thoughts, sense of hopelessness
-Poor concentration

Physical
-Unable to sleep well
-Poor appetite
-Food bingeing

Social
-Isolation from others
-Losing interests in activities once enjoyed
-Impulsive behavior, defiance
